About THE FOUNDER
Ratko Iveković — The Storymancer
Ratko Iveković didn’t stumble into branding. He lived it—on stage, on camera, behind the pass, and inside boardrooms full of bullshit.
Raised in Tanzania and Egypt as the son of a diplomat, Ratko grew up fluent in contrast, culture, and people. He studied theatre and literature at the American University in Cairo while working nights in bars and clubs that taught him more about human nature than any textbook ever could. By the time he was cast on MasterChef Croatia, he wasn’t just cooking—he was performing. And winning attention.
Before hospitality, there were years in marketing, PR, and live events—where he learned how to craft stories people actually care about. But after MasterChef, he went deeper: managing restaurants, coordinating luxury banquets, and getting his hands dirty inside real hotel operations. He didn’t just talk service—he delivered it.
Now, with STORYDOING.PRO, he blends it all: brand strategy, guest experience, operations, behavior, copy, theatre, food, and fire. No fluff. No posturing. Just sharp thinking and unapologetic honesty for hospitality brands that actually want to get better—not just louder.
